01 — Ordering & Payment
Ordering & Payment
Discounts apply automatically by total unit count in your cart — no code needed. You earn roughly 1% off per additional unit, scaling up to a maximum of 15% off. The cart drawer shows a live progress bar telling you how many more units unlock the next tier. Discounts are calculated on the order subtotal before shipping.
We accept major credit and debit cards as well as cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH and select stablecoins) at checkout. Crypto orders are confirmed once the transaction reaches the required network confirmations. All payments are processed over an encrypted connection.
There is no minimum order value. However, a brief KYC / research-use attestation is required before your first order is fulfilled — you confirm you are a qualified buyer ordering materials strictly For Research Use Only. This is a one-time step retained on your account for future orders.
Because we dispatch quickly, there's a short window to amend orders. Contact supportas soon as possible with your order number. If the order hasn't entered fulfillment we can edit or cancel it; once it has shipped, our returns policy applies instead.
02 — Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery
In-stock orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment clearing and KYC verification, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or a holiday enter the queue on the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way.
Yes — orders over $150 qualify for free discreet shipping. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat, calculated rate shown at checkout. All parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging.
Once dispatched, you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also check status anytime from the Track My Order page or your account dashboard. Allow a few hours after dispatch for the carrier to register the first scan.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) material is stable for short periods at ambient temperature, so most vials ship without cooling. Temperature-sensitive liquid items are packed appropriately for transit. On arrival, store material per the guidance on its reconstitution & storage guide and product page.
03 — Returns & Refunds
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unopened, sealed vials within 30 days of delivery. For the safety and integrity of research material, opened or reconstituted items cannot be returned. Start a return by contacting support with your order number.
We're sorry — that's on us to fix. Contact us within 7 daysof delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Please retain the packaging until the matter is resolved.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days. Card refunds may take an additional cycle to appear on your statement. Crypto payments are refunded as store credit or to a wallet you provide.
04 — Research Use & Compliance
Research Use & Compliance
All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices, have not been evaluated by the FDA, and are not intended for human or veterinary use or consumption of any kind. Purchasing constitutes your attestation to use them accordingly.
Buyer verification helps ensure materials are supplied only to qualified research buyersand used in compliance with applicable laws. It's a brief, one-time step where you confirm your eligibility and acknowledge the research-use-only terms. Your details are handled per our privacy policy.
No. Because these materials are not for human or animal use, we do not and cannot provide dosing, administration, or protocol guidance. We provide only research-relevant documentation — purity, molecular weight, handling, and reconstitution & storage information for laboratory use.
We ship to most destinations where the receipt of research compounds is permitted. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that the items are legal to import and possess in their jurisdiction. If we're unable to fulfill an order to your location, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.
05 — Products & COAs
Products & COAs
A Certificate of Analysis (COA)documents a batch's identity and purity as measured by an independent lab. Every batch we sell has one. To verify, find the batch number on your vial and search it in our COA Library — the certificate lists the purity figure, method, lab, and date.
Identity and purity are verified by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) at a third-party laboratory. We publish the actual measured figure on each product and its COA rather than a vague quality claim. Our standard is 99%+ purity across the catalog.
As a general guide, lyophilized (powder) material is best kept frozen (around -20°C) and protected from light, while reconstituted solution is kept refrigerated (2–8°C) and used within a shorter window. Always follow the specific storage line on the product page and our reconstitution & storage guide.
Yes. Blends, capsules, and liquids are all batch-tested and documented with a COA before release. Whatever the format, if it doesn't pass and have a certificate on file, it isn't listed for sale. You can filter the COA Library by product form.
