These policies are provided as a standard storefront template for an in-vitro research-materials supplier. They describe how Peptidyl Labz ("Peptidyl Labz," "we," "us," or "our") operates and the terms under which qualified researchers ("you," "Buyer," or "Customer") may purchase from this website. Please read each section carefully. By placing an order, you agree to all policies below.
1. Research Use Only. All products sold by Peptidyl Labz are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development by qualified professionals. Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not for human or veterinary use and must never be administered to humans or animals.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 21 years of age, legally able to enter into a binding contract, and a qualified researcher, institution, or business acquiring materials for legitimate laboratory research. By ordering, you represent that you meet these criteria and that the materials will be handled only by appropriately trained personnel in a controlled environment.
3. Acceptable Use. You agree to handle, store, and dispose of all materials in compliance with every applicable federal, state, and local law, regulation, and institutional safety protocol. You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is legal to purchase and possess in your jurisdiction and for using it safely and lawfully.
4. No Resale or Redistribution. Products are sold for your own research use only. You may not resell, repackage, relabel, or redistribute any product to third parties, nor represent any product as fit for human or animal consumption. Reselling our materials, or marketing them for any non-research purpose, is a material breach of these terms.
5. Orders & Pricing. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where buyer qualification cannot be verified. Prices, discounts, and product descriptions may change without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders even after confirmation.
6. Limitation of Liability.Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind beyond the documented purity stated on the applicable Certificate of Analysis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptidyl Labz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from misuse, off-label use, or any use of products in or on humans or animals. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
7. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptidyl Labz, its officers, employees, and suppliers from any claim, loss, or liability arising out of your use, handling, storage, or disposal of products, or your breach of these terms.
8. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Peptidyl Labz operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. These terms may be updated periodically; the version in effect at the time of your order applies.
We collect only the information needed to process orders, verify buyer qualification, and operate this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is handled.
We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors that are responsible for securing your card data under their own privacy and PCI-DSS obligations. We receive only limited confirmation and transaction-reference information needed to fulfill your order.
We use your information to process and ship orders, verify qualification, provide support, prevent fraud and misuse, meet record-keeping obligations, and — where you have opted in — send program and batch-release updates. We do not sell your personal information.
This site uses cookies to keep your cart and session active, remember preferences, and understand aggregate site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features (such as the cart) may not function correctly without them.
We retain order and KYC records for as long as necessary to operate the business and satisfy legal and compliance requirements. Because we supply sensitive research materials, returns are limited to protect product integrity for all customers. Please inspect your order immediately on arrival.
Unopened, unused products in their original, intact packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in resalable condition with seals and labeling undisturbed. Contact us before shipping anything back to receive a return authorization.
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, notify us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you for verified damaged or incorrect shipments.
For safety and integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used: any vial whose seal has been broken; any product that has been reconstituted, opened, or removed from controlled storage; and any item returned without prior authorization. Cold-chain and temperature-sensitive products are non-returnable once they have left our facility, except in the case of verified shipping damage.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for damaged or incorrect orders. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
In-stock orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment and successful buyer verification, excluding weekends and holidays. First-time orders may take slightly longer while KYC verification is completed.
Shipping is free on orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout. Any applicable cold-chain or expedited handling is shown before you confirm your order.
All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no product or contents description on the exterior. Temperature-sensitive items are packed with appropriate insulation and cold packs to preserve integrity in transit.
We ship via major domestic carriers (such as USPS and UPS) with tracking provided on every order. Our fulfillment is focused on domestic United States destinations. We do not ship to addresses where the sale or receipt of these materials is restricted.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. Weather, carrier backlogs, and holidays may cause delays. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will help open a carrier inquiry. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Because our products are restricted to laboratory research, we require buyer qualification ("Know Your Customer," or KYC) before we fulfill an order. This protects researchers, the public, and the integrity of the supply chain.
Before your first order ships, you must complete a buyer-qualification attestation confirming that you are acquiring materials strictly for in-vitro research, that you will not administer them to humans or animals, and that you will comply with all applicable laws. Orders will not be released until this attestation is on file.
When you submit your attestation, we record the IP address, timestamp, and the agreement version you accepted, alongside your account details. These records are retained for compliance purposes and may be requested in the event of a regulatory inquiry. We reserve the right to request additional verification, or to decline or cancel any order where qualification cannot be reasonably established.
Genuine Peptidyl Labz products are sold exclusively through this website. We have no authorized resellers, distributors, or third-party marketplace listings. Any product offered under our name on another storefront, marketplace, or social channel is not authorized by us, and we cannot vouch for its identity, purity, handling, or storage.
Every batch we sell ships with a Certificate of Analysis that you can confirm by batch number in our COA Library. If a batch number does not match a record in our library, or if you obtained a product anywhere other than this site, treat it as unverified.
